We can arrange the verified services of a surveyor, an architect and a design engineer. We will recommend proven tradespeople for the complete renovation of an apartment or house, construction supervision, the services of a structural engineer and inspection technicians. We will arrange geometric surveying as well as comprehensive oversight of the paperwork for the building permit procedure.
03Property financing

04Dealing with authorities and documentation
As needed, we will handle all communication with the Land Registry office, the bank, attorneys, the building authority, the zoning and planning departments, the relevant owners' association (SVJ) or housing cooperative, or the appointed notary (probate proceedings, settlement of spouses' community property – SJM, division of SJM).
05Energy performance certificate (PENB)
We will arrange for an energy performance certificate (PENB) to be prepared for the property being sold, in accordance with the relevant decree and standards.
06Insurance
Thanks to our cooperation with experienced insurance advisers, we will help you arrange comprehensive insurance. Not only insurance of the newly purchased property, but also a review of all your existing insurance policies and insurance tailored to you.
07Legal services and attorney escrow
We provide complete legal services, advice and all the contractual documentation needed for the sale or purchase of your property, including attorney or notary escrow of the purchase price. At the same time, we handle all communication with the relevant Land Registry office and the filing of the applications for registration. We work with renowned, time-tested attorneys and notaries across the regions.
08Handover of the property to the new owner and transfer of utilities
We will prepare a handover protocol for handing the property over to the new owner, with all the required particulars. We take part in the handover itself, and we will advise and help you with transferring the energy contracts, the gas, electricity and water supplies and the regular advance payments connected with the use of the apartment or house. We will communicate whatever is necessary with the relevant supplier, the owners' association (SVJ) and the housing cooperative.
09Sale of a cooperative apartment
We have experience with the sale and transfer of cooperative membership shares and with the subsequent sale into private ownership. We will handle the necessary communication with the housing cooperative as well as all the paperwork.
10Professional advertising and video presentation
We know how to advertise your property effectively on all the websites and portals where potential clients are currently looking for property to buy. In addition, we have an extensive database of clients who may be looking for exactly your property. Matching your offer with their demand is a matter of course for us. 11Moving and clearance
We have a reliable and professional removal company at our disposal, and we will arrange clearance and cleaning work, small and larger repairs, a plumber, an electrician, a painter, complete cleaning of the property, outdoor landscaping around the house and a gardener. All of this on a regular basis too.
12Market valuation
We will prepare a professional market valuation of the current selling price of your property. We will arrange an expert appraisal of the property and an assessment of its technical condition.
13Pledge agreements and prohibition of alienation
If your property is encumbered by a mortgage, a prohibition of alienation and encumbrance, an easement, an enforcement order or any other form of restriction that would prevent its sale, we will explain HOW TO GO ABOUT IT. We will explain how to proceed correctly, what to avoid and what to watch out for. If needed, we can also handle all the communication with the bank or another institution or authority on your behalf.

The energy performance certificate of a building, PENB for short, is part of selling or renting out a house or apartment. It shows how much energy the building consumes — and buyers increasingly base their decisions on it.
Attorney escrow: why not to send the purchase price straight to the seller
Several weeks pass between signing the purchase contract and registration in the Land Registry. Escrow of the purchase price with an attorney or notary ensures that neither the buyer nor the seller loses anything in that time.
