Probably like everyone who has ever planned to buy a property, we too were worried about choosing a real estate agent. But those worries vanished right after the first viewing. Mr Eichner guided us, as people unfamiliar with the field, professionally but above all humanly through the whole process, from viewings, through contracts and the Land Registry (the legal services, i.e. draft contracts that an ordinary person can understand and the application for registration of ownership in the Land Registry, were included in the price) right up to the handover protocol. He would certainly have helped with the mortgage too, but we had our own financial adviser, with whom Mr Eichner always came to an agreement without any problem. Whenever we needed to, it was no problem to contact him. We consider above-standard on his part the advice on transferring the energy contracts, the recommendation and arranging of a team of tradespeople for the subsequent renovation of the apartment, whose work Mr Eichner goes to check himself on his own initiative, and also the offer of a contact for a reliable removal service. We took out a mortgage for the apartment, which we secured with another property (meaning two property valuations and all the longer processing) – the first viewing took place at the beginning of December and even though Christmas held us up a little, the keys were handed over in the last week of February and in the last week of March (after the renovation) we will be moving in. So everything went quickly, which we greatly appreciate. So if you are looking for a fair real estate agent who will always explain everything to you in plain terms and with whom you always know where you stand, Mr Eichner is certainly a great choice.
